Details on the Lollar Imperials "Custom wound"?
#1
Does anyone have any details on the Lollar Imperial "Custom Wound" specs for Eastman? Just curious if low wind, etc.

Thanks.

On the Romeo they're 'half waxed' to include some microphonic sounds, but not too much. I'm not sure about the winding though.

Slickman I wish I knew . I can say that I'm in love with lollar's custom wound pups in my 2 collins . I'm so a Seymour Duncan fan and now lollar's will be what I buy next .

I think this is true of all Lollar humbucking pickups.

Well, just for "fun" I got a set of Tyson Tone Precious and Grace and swapped out the Lollars in my SB59v. Holy moly, what a set of pickups. Now, this is my #1 guitar. Not that the Lollars were bad pickups but this set sounded dark and a bit muffled to me. The TT set is unbelievable.
