Hi everyone I could use some help, someone previously posted about some Gotoh tuners that were an exact fit. I need them for a E10D. Thank you Vic.

Gotoh SE but they are not quite exact (link below). You will need to ream out the back of the headstock just a bit. There is a ring at the base of the shaft on the Gotohs which isn't on the Pings. I used a tapered reamer and slowly did one until the Gotoh tuner fit. I then marked the reamer with tape so that I knew how deep to go on the others. The bushings need to changed out as the shaft of the Gotohs are larger than the Pings. I also re-used the original screws. I believe the screws that came with the Gotoh tuners are slightly larger and I didn't want to risk a crack threading in the new screws.
There are other options as well: https://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-Gotoh-SE700...3709885607

Be careful taking out the old bushings. On my e20-om, they were glued in and chipped the finish on the headstock when they came out.
