Maybe there are some online dealers who can deliver to you in TX and remain within your budget. Try calling The Acoustic Shoppe (MO) or Sun Valley Guitars (AZ). There are two dealers listed in Houston, plus another two in TX, according to Eastman's website.

I called up few stores and they all are expecting new inventory by Jan. So until then will keep surfing just in case something comes up  .
