That Happened Fast

Two weeks ago I walked into my local GC with one of my Gretsch guitars looking to trade and left with an Eastman T486. I was blown away by the quality of the Eastman, she compared favorably with the proline Gretsch I traded even though the Gretsch cost about $1000 more. I've become an Eastman fan and couldn't resist buying another (Juliet/v Bigsby). The new Eastman arrives Tuesday and with her in the inventory Eastman will tie with Gretsch and Vintage (brand) as my most owned guitar brand.

RP - congratulations on your new Eastman Juliet /V with bigsby. For those who don't know much about it, this is a really impressive in-depth and exhaustive review (which may drag for some) :-

Yes, I've watched the video. I find him to be an honest reviewer. The "scruffiness" is just up my alley. I'm a blues player mostly and gravitate towards the aesthetics of bands like The Black Keys and GA-20.

Yes - I found the reviewer to be dead straight and knowledgeable, with a personality situated somewhere between charismatic and eccentric - rather beguiling really.
