I saw the video, and for the performance of the Harley Benton strings was the biggest surprise. You cannot beat their value for money, IMHO. Having said that, I have played NYXL and Elixir for quite some time, and of course they do sound better.
Right now, I am considering going back to NYXL exclusively, though, mostly because I find the Elixirs to be extremely stiff and prefer the tone of the NYXLs. However, in terms of durability the Elixirs work like magic. So I am still a bit torn.
