Locking tuners on T486?

I got my T468 about 6 months ago and almost everything about it is great except the tuners.  They're not bad, but not great.  

I was thinking about upgrading them with Kluson locking tuners:  Kluson 3+3 Locking Revolution Series G-Mount Non-Collared Tuners

I think  they are drop in replacements.   Anyone have any experience with these?

I can’t remember the tuners on my two 486’s....Are you sure they don’t have a nut and washer on the top mount.  The ones you show have the press fit collar. They make both types
