Fretboard Inlays

Hi, I am looking at buying an AC322CE here in the uk. Is it possible to tell the latest model by looking at the fretboard inlays? Which year did they start to put the Hurricane? Inlays at the 7th and 12th frets?
I have noticed that there are not many available. In fact the shop in Epsom seems to have the only one available at the moment. Could it be a dud?

Hi T1 - welcome to the forum. I am not aware of fret marker distinguishments for the latest model. I know sometime around 2012 they changed the headstock logo to a pearloid one, but I don't think that is what you are looking for... Perhaps someone else may know.
