Great guitar.  Not selling because I want to but trying to keep up with medical/dentals costs so far this year.   Purchased last June and played moderately for a number of months but the last few months hasn't gotten much attention.  Excellent shape no dings or bruises.  Scratches on pick guard.   Asking $850 which includes shipping (worst case) and no fees.

Thanks Tim.  New owner just got a new custom 00028 and doesn't feel comfortable yet taking it out and playing for fear of getting dings and scratches.  The E10 will be his daily guitar.

Somewhat crazy that you have a 00028 and had to sell your Eastman.
