Finish query
#1
Hi guys, new to this forum. I’ve just purchased a Romeo la and have noticed an imperfection in the finish where the neck joins the body. It looks like it’s under the lacquer and appears as if the paint has run.
My query is should I contact the dealer I bought it from or should I contact Eastman directly?

I would contact the dealer first. Any chance of a pic?

Oh, and welcome to the site!

I’ve added a photo of the issue. Or am I just being too fussy.

Honestly, with the reflection, I can't figure out what I'm seeing, where it is on the guitar, or how large the area you're talking about actually is.

It’s just below the middle fret marker.

I'm with Sleigh on this - another pic from a slightly different angle might be clearer.

That looks like a really small cosmetic issue.

It is a hand-made guitar. Enjoy it.

That pic looks like THE GUITAR HAS MELTED LOL.
How about a pic not blown up so big and from a different angle?
Welcome by the way
