Eastman E10OM-TC - Pricing
#1
I'm new to the Forum but own 5 Eastman guitars so it's time to chime in.  I need some help in pricing a E10-OM TC, year is 2020.  Very slight almost not noticeable fret wear on B-string 1st three frets - otherwise really excellent condition.  I like the guitar but purchased a 2021 ac622ce so don't need two mahogany guitars.

Suggestions on how to price?  Thanks.  Tom

Welcome, Tom.  Isn't the AC622CE a Maple body?  Perhaps you meant the AC522CE?

As for price, I'd suggest you look at what these guitars are being listed for on Reverb, understanding that Reverb tends to be on the high side of reality.  In this pandemic, the inventory is low, so you might be able to sell for a relatively good price.

Yes, I meant ac522ce - I also own an ac622ce :-)

I looked on Reverb but there are none for sale used.

I have had to sell two over the last year. I sold one I bought in 2019 in January of 2020- $1,000. It was a local cash sale - no fees or shipping. I sold a second one with my E10SSv as a 2 guitar package. That one had an LR Baggs Anthem and Schaller GrandTune tuners. I got $1125 but subtract fees and shipping. I live in MN if that makes any difference.
