It's definitely not Sitka. Doesn't look or sound like Sitka.
Actually I bought it from a guy who got it from The Acoustic Shoppe back in January and only played it a few times. Said he had too many OMs. Considering he let this stunner go, I'd like to hear his others.

Maybe all of this person's OMs are also from different manufacturers, and therefore all sound different?
But you're right; if he let a stellar OM go, I'd also like to hear the others!

I bought an E6DTC from my Memphis dealer. The cardboard box that had the guitars serial number on it also had a an alpine sticker. I didn’t have the card in the case from the suppliers of the alpine top. I called Eastman and they sent me a card right away.
I kept the top of the box with the serial and sticker.
But the Alpine is noticeably lighter in color than the Sitka.
And the prices for the alpine and Sitka guitars were the same.
