hi,

has anyone recorded their eastmans when new, vs an elapsed time frame of more than a year or so. maybe even more of a time distance?

i'm curious if anyone has documented how their guitar's tone "opened up" over time.

Hmmm...  I have not done that. Would be an interesting experiment. I'm guessing it's probably hard to capture the nuance of the improvement with a recording, but perhaps I am wrong.

i guess i could put my money where my mouth is. i still own an ac420 that i have a couple recordings from that were made in 2012. 

i'll have to try that this weekend...or soon.
